Run a Wear Your Stripes Day
The fundraising pages on the Brake website are packed full of ideas on how schools and those who work with children can have fun, get active, do something unusual, or challenge yourself to overcome a deep dark fear, all for a good cause!
One of the easiest ways to make a difference is by running a Wear Your Stripes Day. This is a fantastic new dress-down day where you can get your children and staff to dress like Brake mascot Zak the Zebra!
Get them to swap their school uniform for fun, bright, stripy clothes in exchange for a donation to Brake.
Almost everyone has something striped in their wardrobe and you can accessorise by printing off a Zak mask.
Simply download the poster to put on display around the school and use our template letter to send home to parents. For more information about Wear Your Stripes Days and to register to take part, visit Zak's fundraising page.
Don’t forget to tag photos of your event with #WearYourStripesDay and include @brakecharity
